Delete Your InkFlow Account

If you use a signed-in Apple or Google account: open InkFlow, go to Account, tap Delete Account, and confirm. Anonymous users can use the same in-app option. The deletion request removes the Firebase account and associated InkFlow server records, including quota/entitlement records, AI job records, reward records, and generated design files, and requests deletion of the related RevenueCat customer record.

Deleting the app or canceling a subscription does not delete your account. To request deletion when you cannot access the app, email our support team from the email associated with your account or include enough account information for us to locate it. We may ask you to verify ownership. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Common Questions

Do body-preview photos leave my device?

No. Photos selected for body preview are processed locally and are not uploaded to InkFlow or AI providers.

Why did my generation fail?

AI providers can be busy or rate-limited. Retry after a moment. Failed generation tasks normally return the credit automatically. If the issue continues, email us with the approximate time and your device type.

Restore a purchase

Use the Restore Purchase button on the membership page while signed into the same Apple or Google account used for purchase.

How are credits renewed?

Free users receive 3 non-expiring generations. Weekly Pro includes 50 per week; Monthly includes 200 per month; Yearly includes 300 per month. Unused recurring credits reset at the end of each allowance period.

How do I change ad consent?

Where required, InkFlow shows a Privacy Options entry in Account settings. You can also use iOS Tracking settings or Android Ads settings.
