InkFlow Terms of Service

Effective: October 2, 2026

These Terms govern your use of InkFlow. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use InkFlow.

1. The Service

InkFlow uses artificial intelligence to create tattoo concept images, iterative edits, stencil-style outputs, and on-device body previews. InkFlow does not tattoo you, does not provide medical advice, and does not guarantee that a design is suitable, safe, technically feasible, or unique. Consult a qualified tattoo artist and follow applicable health and safety guidance before getting a tattoo.

2. Eligibility, Accounts, and Content

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and meet the minimum age required in your location. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not upload or submit content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that you do not have permission to use. You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and to comply with law.

AI output is probabilistic and may resemble other outputs. You are responsible for reviewing output and confirming that your intended use does not infringe third-party rights. We do not promise copyright protection or exclusive ownership of AI-generated material.

3. Free Credits and Pro Subscriptions

New users receive 3 free generations, which do not expire. Pro plans provide recurring generation credits:

Local currency, taxes, and final price are shown by the Apple App Store or Google Play before you confirm. There is no free trial. Unless you cancel, a subscription automatically renews for the same period at the price shown by the store. Apple or Google charges your payment method when you confirm and again within 24 hours before each renewal, unless applicable store rules or local law provide otherwise. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. Manage or cancel in your Apple or Google subscription settings. Unused recurring credits reset at the end of each weekly or monthly allowance period and do not carry over. Canceling a subscription does not delete your InkFlow account; deleting your account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We may change plans or prices with notice where required; a change will not affect a period already paid for unless the store or law permits it.

4. Ads and Availability

Free users may see advertising. Third-party services and AI providers may be unavailable, delayed, rate-limited, or changed. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, but will not intentionally remove paid access without an appropriate remedy required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not bypass quotas, App Check, authentication, payment, or technical limits.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or use the service to build a competing dataset or service.
• Do not use InkFlow to violate law, harm others, or generate prohibited content.
• Do not use body-preview photos of another person without their permission.

6. Intellectual Property and Feedback

InkFlow, its branding, software, and service materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app. If you send feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, FITNESS, MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR TATTOO ARTIST COSTS, BODY MODIFICATION DECISIONS, OR LOST DATA. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US$50. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

8. Termination and Deletion

You may stop using InkFlow at any time and may delete your account in Account > Delete Account. We may suspend access for material violation, fraud, legal risk, or security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Apple and Google

For Apple users, these Terms are between you and InkFlow, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the app must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple EULA, as applicable. For Google Play users, Google's terms also apply to your use of Google Play and its billing services.

10. Changes, Governing Terms, and Contact

We may update these Terms and will post a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service provider, without overriding mandatory consumer rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective.
