Delete Your Time Restorer Account
If you use a signed-in Apple or Google account: open Time Restorer, go to Account, tap Delete Account, and confirm. Anonymous users can use the same in-app option. The deletion request removes the Firebase account and associated Time Restorer server records, including uploaded photos, restored results, quota and entitlement records, AI job records, and reward records, and requests deletion of the related RevenueCat customer record.
Deleting the app or canceling a subscription does not delete your account. To request deletion when you cannot access the app, email our support team from the email associated with your account or include enough account information for us to locate it. We may ask you to verify ownership. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Manage or Cancel a Subscription
- iPhone/iPad: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Time Restorer.
- Android: Google Play > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Time Restorer.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge.
- Canceling does not delete your Time Restorer account. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
- To restore a purchase, use the Restore Purchase button while signed into the same Apple or Google account used for the purchase.
Common Questions
Are my photos uploaded?
Yes. Restoration runs in the cloud, so the photo you submit is uploaded to our backend and sent to our AI processing providers to produce the result. The scanner's edge detection runs on your device, but the cropped image is uploaded when you start a restoration. See the Privacy Policy for details. Photos submitted for restoration are not shared with advertising providers.
Why did my restoration fail?
AI providers can be busy or rate-limited, and very large or heavily damaged files may time out. Retry after a moment. A failed task normally returns the allowance automatically. If the issue continues, email us with the approximate time, your device type, and the photo if you are able to share it.
The colors or the face look wrong
Colorization and face restoration are probabilistic, so results vary by photo. Sharp, well-lit, front-facing scans usually restore best. Try a different restoration mode, re-scan the print at a straighter angle, or crop tightly to the subject before submitting.
How do I get a better scan of a printed photo?
Place the print on a flat, evenly lit surface with no glare, fill most of the frame, and let the scanner auto-detect the edges. Avoid shadows across the photo and avoid photographing a photo through glass.
How are allowances renewed?
Free users receive a starter allowance. Pro plans include a recurring allowance per week, month, or year depending on the plan you choose. Unused recurring allowances reset at the end of each period and do not carry over.
How do I change ad consent?
Where required, Time Restorer shows a Privacy Options entry in Account settings. You can also use iOS Tracking settings or Android Ads settings.
