About

One person,
on purpose.

Neo Guo is one independent developer, not a company with a marketing department — and that shapes everything about how these apps are built.

What we make

Two apps, one idea: the things you care about should be easier to see, keep, and share.

InkFlow

An AI tattoo design app. It turns a rough idea into a visual direction — style, composition, placement — and lets you preview it on your own body. Body-preview photos are processed on your device and never uploaded. More about InkFlow →

Time Restorer

An AI old photo restoration app. It colorizes black-and-white photographs, repairs scratches and tears, restores faces, and puts the result next to the original so you can judge it yourself. More about Time Restorer →

Why these two

Both sit in the same place: something personal and irreplaceable that you have been meaning to deal with. A tattoo you keep thinking about. A box of photographs you keep meaning to scan.

How we work

  • Say what the AI can't do. InkFlow is a direction tool, not a tattoo artist. Restoration output is probabilistic and can look wrong. Both apps tell you that plainly instead of overselling.
  • Keep what can stay local, local. Body-preview photos never leave your device. Where processing genuinely has to happen in the cloud — photo restoration — the privacy policy says so in the first section, not in a footnote.
  • Honest pricing. There is no free trial, no countdown timer, and no fake discount. Prices and allowances are published in the terms and shown by the App Store or Google Play before you confirm.
  • Answer you yourself. Support email goes to a person, not a ticket queue. See InkFlow support or Time Restorer support.
  • Fix what is broken. App updates are mostly bug fixes and improvements, because that is usually what matters more than a new feature.
